The Idea: If you are reading this, then it is not too late for you to be helpful or generous or maybe even saint-like.
Why This Matters: This matters to me because I have been gone a LONGTIME from this place. I started a Master of Divinity (MDiv) program right after my last post while continuing to be a coach and strategist for leaders of small shop non-profits. During that time this project went quiet. In the years since, I know I have been helpful but just not here where my practice got its start.
The Idea in Action: Starting next week, I will share some tools and resources I am curious about right now. Some of these tools I am using to help me lead, while with the others I am using as a way to navigate a world that feels very different than the summer of 2015. I will share 1 or 2 ideas a week for the next 5 or 6 weeks. Many of these will be tools that I am experimenting with as part a media leadership course I am taking as part of my MDiv.
I will share the tool and some of my work with it. Then, I will invite you to play also and share your insights and how valuable you found them.
Peace,
Sterling Lynk
P.S. - Warning: this stuff may have a "church-y" feel to them because a lot them come out of my seminary work which has been informed by experiences in the world. The pic above of me and some of my clan at one of the first congregations I served.
